Transformers often operate under extreme conditions. All the components that go in the building of the Transformers must be extremely durable and long lasting. Partex offers durable steel nameplates, embossed strip markers, single character stainless steel markers and stainless-steel cable ties for mounting cables.

TRANSFORMER NAMEPLATES

Transformer nameplates contain essential information and must maintain legibility for the entire duration of its service. PARTEX transformer nameplates are made to withstand extreme external conditions, and display customisable designs, such as logos.

Marking Cables and Pipes

High quality marking of cables and pipes is critical for identification. PARTEX provides high resistance, durable markers with extreme operating temperatures.

PKS Embossed- Multiple character

Made with Matt AISI 316L stainless steel, can be installed with rivets, screws or cable ties.
Adaptable to several different uses due to its high resistance to extreme conditions up to more than 500 degrees C like fire, water, moisture and prevents corrosion.
Successfully used in mainly all industries.

Marking Control Circuits

PARTEX core makers operate at a wide range of temperatures, with high resistance to extreme temperatures. They are compact and are suitable for cable surface adhesion.

POZ- Halogen-free Oval Profile

Placement of important information on one sleeve allows for easy identification of cables and wires.
Adaptable to most sizes, while retaining the primary shape to grip the wire.

ET- Printable sleeves, resistant to high temperatures

Terminating Transformer Cables

Partex offers a range of copper tube terminals for cables, made with high conductivity seamless copper tubes. The products are available in this range, including standard, angled terminals and butt connectors

COL- Copper Tube Terminals

Resistance to corrosion ensured with high conductivity copper conductor with an electrolytic coating.
Internal sleeves are suited to fit standard electric cables, compliant with BS6360.
Partex terminal’s bell-shaped cable glands ease cable insertion, with inspection window to ensure stability of insertion prior to crimping

COLB- Copper tube butt connector

Used to connect wires identical in size

Tube clamps consist of extended entries to facilitate seamless cable application, with each terminal having control holes

COLR- Angled copper tube terminals

Used to connect wires at an angle of 45° or 90°, with an option to customise angles.
