Identifying cables

Essential to switchgear equipment, marking on cables and wires need to be quick, distinct and legible for years. Whether the marker is to be placed on the cable before it has been terminated, or after it has been fixed in place; there are solutions varying from single digit markers to multi digit sleeves.

PA Closed Profile Single Character Marker

Convenient and suitable, the marker is also adjustable and sticks perfectly to the wire.

EPL- Self-adhesive labels with gloss coating

Highly adhesive labels to identify electrical components of any surface texture.
Works with ROHS and REACH.
Strong resistance to external factors including UV radiation, alcohol and diesel, oil and lubricants.
They are highly resistant to external tampering such as scratching and rubbing.

PE- Dual layer laminate

Engraved laser ensures high speed and accuracy of order.
UV resistant, double-layer laminated plates.
Designs can be formed in Word, Corel, Auto Cad.
Options include self-adhesive with and/or non-self-adhesive backing and can be provided with fixing holes for screws, rivets or ties.

ENGRAVED PLATES

An engraved plate outside a control panel contains information such as, date of installation, description and other product specifications. Identification plates can either be laser engraved or thermal-printed, based on its operating conditions.

MARKING TERMINAL BLOCKS

COMPONENT MARKING

PARTEX labels printed using PARTEX equipment or a standard office printer are used to mark contactors, relays, controllers and many other components.

CABLE MARKERS

PROTECTION OF CABLES FROM DAMAGE

Braided cable sheathing and spiral tube are used to provide mechanical strength to cables and wire harness.

SP- Spiral Tube

Effectively protects pipes, cables, wire harnesses from mechanical damage.
Spiral design allows for multi-axes operation, and lowers chances of circuit malfunction.
Sold in black or grey halogen-free (SPZ) versions.

SUP- Braided cable sheathing

Prevents mechanical and environmental damage with Supaflex protective sleeves.
Utilised in a range of electrical and/or mechanical installations.
SUP is Halogen-free, low smoke, and has high tolerance to external factors
